Story behind the song
When writing the songs, the following bible passages are the source that came into my mind. It was started from the first line "The road is not always straight...". and I have also recently read a sad post from a close friend, and I encouraged her that "Life is not always perfect". Then those bible passage also falls in my mind. I sung and recorded some of the melodies that came into my mind in my car using my mobile phone while I was driving and jotted and sketches the lyrics as in my previous post. A few days later when I'm on my computer at my home, I tried to play the music with my acoustic guitar, sing and record the full song also using my mobile phone. Then I've mixed the first recording with some virtual keyboard ad-in and mixed it with one more acoustic guitar track. Later this audio file came out. It's just a rough and demo track but I love to keep it for future. I hope this song can be encouragement to all of us when we face difficulties and challenges in life.
