Typhoon Haiyan - "Millions" Contributions.. Where did it went to ?

I have seen and heard about contributions to Philippines regarding the Typhoon Haiyan which has caused havoc to the country specially in the area of Tacloban City, which killed thousands and left the survived victims homeless, no food and hard to find fresh water. I heard there was contributions worth "Millions" and even "Billions" USD from the TV News and in the Internet. But I feel very weird when I also heard that there is victims that was only received some help such as some food, some water and some medical aid, but they are still homeless and still don't have enough food and fresh water supplies. And the help was only seen from some and certain charity organization. I think that there is corruption going on in the midst of this disaster. I'm not judging, I'm just want to voice out something important for us to ponder. I just hope that the helps that we give or made will be forwarded to the right persons who really need them. Please make sure that your donation goes through the right channel. There are many charity fund raising has been made today for the disaster. Even artist and band such as Justin Bieber and Linkin Park take part for this cause.

Here are only some links that I have read on the Internet:-
Wikipedia: Humanitarian response to Typhoon Haiyan
TheGuardian.com: Typhoon Haiyan: China gives less aid to Philippines than Ikea - Nov 14, 2013
China boosts typhoon Haiyan aid donation to Philippines after initial sum raises eyebrows - November 15, 2013
ChannelNewsAsia.com: Singapore govt donates S$150,000 more to Typhoon Haiyan victims in Philippines - 11 Nov 2013
ChannelNewsAsia.com: Malaysia pledges US$1m to victims of Typhoon Haiyan - 13 Nov 2013

If the above links mentioned "millions", just think about the contributions from all over the world and all countries. I think the total sum of the contributions could be more than "millions".
